By booking our services, you agree to the following:

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services based on the agreed scope of work.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued.

Payment is due as agreed before or upon completion of service.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Clients must provide safe access to the property and secure valuables and pets.

Seven Star Cleaning Services LLC is a fully insured company and is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
Booking or receiving services confirms acceptance of these terms.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
